Multiple Solutions is contracted by the Department of Education, Employment & Workplace Relations as a Disability Employment Service. Multiple Solutions is a provider of employment assistance services to people living with a disability and social disadvantage.
We currently have a vacancy in our Christies Beach office for an Employment Consultant to assist our clients in gaining sustainable employment. Experience in Employment Services not essential however a proven capacity to engage and maintain relationships with people is essential.
Your role:
- Assessing job seekers skills, needs and barriers.
- To develop a network of contacts, training providers, employers and government agencies.
- Employment preparation; application letters, CV, interviews, cold canvassing. Motivating and coaching your clients.
You will need:
- Excellent people skills.
- The ability to meet targets.
- Strong computer, administration and time management skills.
- The desire to make a difference.
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate.
