The value of regularly connecting with friends, family and our local community is often taken for granted, until we experience loneliness and the multiple effects of isolation. Community Connect has a range of supported activities designed to encourage participation and develop social networks for individuals within their local community. The programs support individuals with MS and other disabilities, to reconnect and engage with peer groups; people with similar experience; and people who share common interests. Our Active Living Program provides group activities which assist individuals to improve their health and wellbeing.
